Bronze Programme
The BRONZE package is the starting point of the multi-level programme. It targets the foundation skills of MOVE TO LEARN – LEARN TO MOVE on the Codex 360 MAT. Video instructed exercises are designed around fundamental movement skills (like running, jumping, hopping, and ball skills) and layered with tasks to help develop attention, listening, memory and literacy skills.
The Bronze package includes 210 exercises, 5 hours of videos, 40 PDFs.
It’s expected to be worked with the programme at least 20 minutes per day 4 days per week.
Early Years Education Programme
Our Early Years Education Programme encompasses the philosophy of Move-to-Learn & Learn-to-Move and focuses on School Readiness Skills with a specific emphasis on Fundamental Movement Skills and important early learning skills (attention, memory, listening skills, language and literacy).
