Dexterity
Dexterity, or manual dexterity, is the ability to make coordinated hand and finger movements to grasp and manipulate objects, such as writing, sewing or playing a musical instrument.
Dexterity requires the ability to perform closely controlled and purposeful physical movements. Dexterity requires physical mobility, agility (the power to move quickly and with ease) and perceptual motor coordination (or combining the use of their senses and motor skills) for tasks requiring fine motor skills.
